Our Leadership
The National Board of Directors is comprised of Phi Beta Chi alumnae who oversee all operations. Our leadership team consists of a Board of Directors, Sub-Chairs, and ad hoc committees. The Board of Director and Sub-Chair positions are elected every two years by our membership during our National Business Meeting at the annual National Convention.
We also have ongoing opportunities available for alumni who would like to serve alongside the Board of Directors on one of our committees. These committee members assist our directors with various projects throughout the year. Being on a committee is a great way to get your feet wet and learn more about the sorority for an alumna perspective. If you are interested in learning more about committee opportunities, please review the current opportunities or contact the Board of Directors at phibxhq@gmail.com.
